The Springfield Armor bounced back from last night's lopsided loss to slip past the Erie BayHawks, 94-98, in a neck-and-neck battle on Saturday night at the Louis J. Tullio Arena.

The BayHawks took the lead early in the game leading by five after the first quarter, but the Armor fought back and ended the half tied at 49. The Armor rallied with a 10-point run early in the third quarter but the BayHawks proved resilient and lead by as many as 5 points early in the fourth. With 26.5 seconds remaining, Erie's Nate Linhart cut the lead to one but the Armor's Brian Leggett and Scottie Reynolds knocked down free throws to seal the win.

Erie had five players in double figures: Ivan Johnson led the team with 18, Tasmin Mitchell had 13, Derek Ravio put up 12, Tasheed Carr pitched in 11, and Nate Linhart notched 10.

JamesOn Curry led the Armor with 23 points and Scottie Reynolds added 21.

The BayHawks travel to Fort Wayne to take on the Mad Ants on Friday, November 26, at 7:30pm.
