Starting next year, all Champions League fixtures will have two extra officials.

This experiment was used in the Europa League last season and has been branched out to Europe's other tournament. The extra officials will be tested for two years. IFAB will review the effects in 2012 and make their final decision.

IFAB will also discuss goal-line technology in October.

I'm sure they'll find some way to cock it up.
