Chris Jericho wrote on Twitter he's "Off to Orlando" which is the location of tonight's Raw. I haven't heard if there are plans for him to return to WWE or not as Jericho lives in Tampa which is only a short distance away. He could be going to meet with WWE officials regarding a new deal or simply visiting with friends.

I can confirm Jericho is expected to return to WWE by the beginning of next year as WWE executives have even said that. Jericho's message on Twitter was certainly to get the Internet buzzing about his return

Jericho has been my favorite wrestler since he was the man of 1004 holds, 80 of them being the arm-bar, back in the WCW days. The man has just always been a fantastic wrestler. There are plenty of great story line's to be had out there with him also. Obviously the getting retribution on Orton for what happened. Going after guys like John Morrison, Daniel Bryan or R-Truth. A change to Smackdown and feuding with Christian, Kaval and Kofi Kingston. Even possibly switching back to face, and feuding with guys like Ted Dibiase and Dolph Ziggler. There are a million different guys that he could put on exciting matches with, I'm hoping for a big time come back for the man.

I'm hoping if he returns, its as a face. He was nearly unwatchable in his last character.

I agree with agoo. If he returns, they need to ditch his last character. I was so sick of him and was thrilled when he left actually. I think he makes a great heel, just not the heel they had him playing. And I'd love to see him return as a face, it'd be a nice change of pace for him.

I agree 100% with both of you. He needs to come back as the WWF Y2J we all used to love.

Hell, even as the most dislikeable heel, you could always hear fans chant "Y2J!"
