Batum is too skilled not to produce more on offense. The games where Roy plays, he just stands around trying not to do anything wrong. The isolation plays and lack of ball movement are slowly killing my basketball soul.

I read that Iggy may be traded...my first thought was that his offense would be just what we need at the SF. But the more I think about it, the more I think we just need to use Batum to his potential.

I think we almost need Roy to go out and deal with himself.... and somehow get better, and in the meantime, we can have ball movement again.... I keep going back and forth between wanting him to just go out so we can have some form of consistency....

One of the knocks on him before the draft was his propensity to fall asleep on the court. That is sort of magnified at times in Nate's stagnant offense.

Can't wait for Batum to become active again. How long till Roy can't play again?

    Hello darkness, my old friend
Batum does not have a naturally aggressive personality, in terms of basketball, like say Roy does. Or Kobe does. I think he can do more, but he's never going to be one to demand the ball and tell everyone to get out of his way. He's going to need the coach to game plan for him and right now McMillan probably isn't doing that.
