Who would you want to be your next coach, that is if Larry Brown leaves?I think that Stan Van Gundy is the best choice. I think he was pressured out of Miami by Pat Riley and still wants to coach in his heart. I think he would like to try and put this team together on the floor, because they have alot of talent to work with.Who would be your choice?

i've actually thought about having stan van gundy as the coach before. i think he could do a good job and we already have had his bro on the sidelines. i don't know who else that is good that is available. rick adelman is available but he can't coach a team anywhere.

Rick Adelman wont accept a Knicks coaching job. I think SVG is a good choice actually.

Stan Van Gundy needs to coach again. He's going to NY.

is that a prediction you're making or does it actually have some validity? i would really like it if he coached but if the reason he left miami is true he most likely is not coming back for a few years. i think the fans would love it though because his bro was the man.

Pat Riley urged him out. It was a tough situation. Stan would have stayed if he could, but Riles pushed him out. He'll be back in the coaching game soon.

Van Gundy would be a good option for them, not sure what his interest would be, but he would be a nice option..Not sure who else is avaible that would be interested at this point..To be honest, I wouldnt be surprised if they allowed Herb Williams to take over head coach for some time..

Stan Van Gundy "supposedly" left because he wanted to spend more time with his kids and his family. So, if he returns to coaching, does that mean he's admitting that he's sick of spending time with his family? Hm... (by the way, yes, I know he was forced out, but that was a funny thought that came to my mind).

SVG or Rick Adelman are probably the best FA coaches out there. Also, Paul Silas is a choice, but he is old, and I doubt he'd want to put up with a team like the Knicks. Also Adelman sets his standards pretty high, so Idk if he would take the Knicks job..
