I'm only going to use it maybe 3 times a week with upper body workouts. Don't need anything extra for legs or cardio. Thanks for the heads up though.
Nope. Many people around here are not regular gym-goers I take it. These are pre-workout supplements to get you going, not steroids. No reason to think that if you mix up a pre-workout drink that your going to get backne and your penis is going shrink to the size of Mixum's.
You are telling me. Guy at the gym locker room the other day got all bent out of shape. All I did was accidentally hit him with my penis while drying it helicopter style in front of his locker. I did not appreciate being called a ***got.
I'm in a groove. I was cleared last week to lift as much weight as I want by my Dr. and I've been tearing it up at the gym ever since. Somebody stop me!!
I don't use it for cardio. I suppose you could though. The only real cardio I do is basketball league every once in awhile. I'm mainly a weight lifter, with the occasional elliptical.
Whats your favorite post-workout meal? I'm partial towards 2 scoops of whey mixed with chocolate milk, a piece of peanut butter toast with honey drizzled on top and a banana. Covers all the bases. BTW, I use creamy Adam peanut butter. So good!
I do two scoops of Whey in water...I might have to try chocolate milk though. Don't really have a fave but I do enjoy the PB on toast. I probably do a chicken burrito more often than anything else. I probably wouldn't hit cardio as much if I didn't play soccer. Have to get a little in. Think I'll probably pass on trying the jack3d with a cardio workout. Don't think I need that extra push.
I go with a whey shake mixed with water. Heard that milk slows down the absorbtion of protien into the muscle, but have given up drinking milk anyway. Seem to never have the problems with soreness due to lactic acid buildup and the appetite is much better. Since I get protien from the shake, I usually do not load on more protien. Smoked oysters on crackers sometimes hits the spot. Will usually just grab what ever fruit we have at the house (bananas and grapes).
Good to hear. Might see you over at Lakeshore. Heard the Kids Club is pretty good and need to have my son playing with kids more his age. Been going in the evenings at 24hr and my son always wants to be around the big kids. He somehow learned to spit from them and let a luggie launch on a kid that was bothering him.
