Blazers @ Sixers Game Thread

Almost game time. I'm curious to see if the team's mentality has changed post player meeting.

 

Roy is raining three point shots. Aldridge is looking good in the post. Kind of sloppy otherwise.

Different game, same story. Sixers shooting a billion percent.

 

Yup. Now Nic and Wesley are in the lineup together.

 

Were attacking the rim which I like. A few bad turnovers but were looking pretty good on both ends of the court. Closing a little faster on the wing players is about all I'd like to see changed at the moment.

 

Holiday is abusing poor 'Dre on offense, but 'Dre already has 4 assists.

 

I really like Holiday. Secretly I had hoped he'd fall to us on draft night or that KP would move up to get him, but alas ..

 

We did a great job at drawing fouls in the first, but man, we need to play WAY better defense. It's easier to cool the other team off when you actually have a hand in their face.

 

How the fuck was that not a foul on Batum's shot? Guy got off his feet and went right into him.

 

I don't like our shot selection at the moment. Not enough off the ball movement.

 

Aldridge has shown up in a big way so far. Keep it up LMA!

 

We're jacking up way too many three's.

It'd be nice if somebody could join him in the fun

 

Thank God for Aldridge. He's keeping us in the game all by himself.

 

Roy looks awful with the ball. He looks scared to shoot.
