Mills is a better three point shooter than Miller. We needed a three on that possession. Miller had to shoot it and that's not his strength.

 

So was Johnson hurt, or was Nate trying to send a message?

 

I think this was a desperate move to try to find SOMETHING off the bench.

 

I don't get the rational of playing Rudy over Batum when the Blazer go with 4 smalls and Aldridge but that's just me. It's not like Rudy is a better shooter than Batum.

 

I am glad the team finally started to give a shit though.


I will say this one thing as well about the officiating. It so so bad towards the Celtics that I actually started agreeing with Heinsohn after a bit

 

Ahhh, Nate uses the word scrap in his first sentence of his post-game commments. I can rest easy now.

I wonder if Matthews could score off the bench? Seems moving Batum back, or Rudy or Cunningham in the lineup would be better? Maybe even number 16 pick in the draft Babbitt could go there?

ummmm ... honestly I think it would take a fifteen game losing streak to break the vise grip he's got on this job.

 

I really don't understand it.... it's not like he saved some poor girl from humiliation during the National Anthem.

 

Maybe I'm wrong, but I tend to agree with MM; I think the guys above him really think he is a great coach -- or at least Paul Allen does.
