Kobe- Decision making. It got better during the end of the season but at times he didnt know when he was cold [9-33]Odom- Learn to shift from going right to left, he always goes left. Need to improve on D.Somebody fill out the others.
Kwame- just concentrate and dont DROP the dam ball lolkwame has been doing considerably better as of lateSmush-needs better shot selection and he needs to stop gambling on defense its great to get a steal once in a while but playing a risk defense all the time is a bad defense all the timesmush is just a horrible defender but good at getting steal(u see my pont)Chris mihm- stay out of foul trouble and stay healthy anybody else got more?

He'd been playing well since March.Kame- Has to slow down, focus on what he's doing and don't try to do it too fast. He also can't get in these mental funks where he starts of a game bad and he doesn't want to shoot for the rest of the game. He has to stop thinking.Kobe- Has to stop deciding what he's going before a game starts. I can remember too many games where he came out with the intention of scoring and just did that, even though the team was hot and he was cold, and games where he came out with the intention of passing, and stayed that way while his teammates were cold and suddenly LA was down 15.Smush- The defense issue has already been stated, but he needs to work on a midrange game, if he can do both of those he could turn out to be a decent starting point guard.Lamar- He did a great job of this in the last part of the season, and hopefully it'll continue into next year. He has to be more aggressive and stop deferring to his teammates so much. It's another issue of thinking, he has to get the thoughts of, "Am I getting my teammates involved?" out of his head and just get to the rack whenever he can.Bynum- Must get into better shape, and just continue to work with Kareem on his post moves.
Depends if Kobes gonna be initatior or wing. If he's gonna be a wing he needs to start posting up and that's gotta be his go to move. He does it now but it's going to have to be the Lakers' money when they need 2 points. Lamar needs to really work on the midrange and I'm not gonna bi*ch too much since his shoulder was messed up in the offseason. Kwame could probably get a midrange J and just practice post up moves. Luke needs to perfect his shot, he'd be pretty good if he did. Above average I'd say.
Kwame needs to learn how to catchwhen balls are thrown, he needs to snatchotherwise he won't be ready for a match.
Whole Team outside of Kobe and Bynum = Heart. Also Kwame ya catching balls is an issue, but what about him spinning to his shooting hand everytime he's in the post?
Found this in my bookmarks. It seems as if none of the lakers actually really improved outside of Bynum and luke.
