sounds like they wanna get younger but that could mean rebuilding and we whiffed on collison ... which tells me cho sucks
Denver wants more of a proven younger player. New Jersey wants Melo. We're in rebuild mode. I'd package LaMarcus/picks in this three-way for Derrick Favors and see if we get Denver to bite.
derrick favors.... oh my fucking god. you guys are unreal. maybe we can get flynn while we are at it or wes johnson.
Favors is raw. But, he's going to be a helluva player when he puts it all together. He's already showing glimpses of it. He's a true PF too, not some softy that shoots face-up jumpers all day and is allergic to rebounding.
yeah he sucks. kust like the fools who want to rebuild. those same guys also thought nash was a good gm.
yep its official. blazer fans are going back to the words "potential" oh boy.... somewhere i see bassy, ha, the russians, outlaw in a blazers poster smiling. talk about not learning your lesson all these same posters said i was a troll/nuts when i said this team wasnt great and now they want to start from scratch. wrong again
Huh? He's a max player for the next 5 years, isn't he? How do you not take this into account for the 'long-term' plan.
Please don't bring that up. Cho was probably charged with trying to find the best hotel rates for road trips on expedia.com while experienced GMs were vying to trade for Collison.
yep. we didnt miss the boat.... we missed the cruise ship on that one. collison was exactly what we needed and what they are talking about doing in bergers article. getting younger and competing
Okay so you're saying he's part of the plan because his contract says he'll be here for five years, but A) we don't know that for sure and B) Just because he's on the team doesn't mean he's part of "the plan". Darius Miles was on the team for years, but wasn't part of the longterm plan. We have no idea what Roy's future holds, so we can't assume that he's going to be a part of the future here.
Favors will be better than Aldridge. Book it. I'm bookmarking this post. We'll suddenly "rediscover" it in a couple years.
