"The Indiana Pacers left the Bradley Center on Wednesday night feeling like they let the game slip away against the Milwaukee Bucks. It was the same feeling after their first meeting with the Bucks in November, and after losses to Houston, Oklahoma City and Phoenix. All were games that could have been wins for a team that has still managed to post a .500 record at the quarter mark of the season. If there's one lesson the Pacers have learned so far this season, it's that they have a very small margin of error. "We have growing pains," center Roy Hibbert said. "Obviously, we would like to be able to finish out games and not have teams capitalize on our mistakes. We can't have a lot of errors." The Pacers play seven of their next 11 games at home, starting tonight against the Charlotte Bobcats. Pacers coach Jim O'Brien made a checklist of things they needed to accomplish at the beginning of the season in order for them to be successful. The list included: Be a good defensive team.
