The trip was not a waste of money at all. First of all, it was cool to see a great team play well. It wasn't us obviously but it was cool to see what a 19-3 (now 20-3) team looks like. And then....the best part or the trip was what MM mentioned: the Riverwalk. OMG, it was magical. We went there at night, Christmas lights everywhere, boats floating by full of Christmas carolers, very magical looking. Very romantic. Like a cross between The Grove in LA, Venice, Italy, and the Pirates Of The Carribean ride. I highly recommend it to anyone in San Antonio, esp at the holidays. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott with a view of the riverwalk. Sucks we lost but it was still a great trip. Thought about today's game but we went home. We were worn out and I need to save money.
