As the article sais we need to get into that upper tier, should we go for the classic big man or follow the suns small path? I think we should follow what the Suns have set up. As the article said a source sais that Etan Thomas, Brendan Haywood, and Jarvis Hayes's names have all been brought up in trades. I don't think that anyone of these three should be trade. You could argue that Haywood should be traded, but he's still young. Antawn might have to go, we could get a pretty good deal if his name is brought up. Now who should this big man be or who should these versatile players be?

This article isnt a very good source imo, first of all. They dont even talk about what the Wizards are exactly looking to get in the offseason. The writer was just writing other teams that have gone small in the game and how perimeter-oriented teams get far in the playoffs.Anyways, if I was the GM of the Wizards, I would get an athletic offensive-minded big man who can bang and score in the paint. Then I would get a SG who can provide depth for our roster. A guy like Fred Jones comes to mind.
