I always wondered how you got so many posts. Wait, now I'm padding post count. Oh well, nothing to cry about.
The only true rule of thumb I'm aware of is there's no crying in football. I suppose that means soccer, as well.
Boehner is an embarrassment. We already have a President whose wife has him on a leash to the point he runs out of a joint press conference with Bill Clinton last Friday to see her, and now we have an incoming House Majority Leader who can't make it through Marley and Me without losing his shit and turning into a blubbering mess. Nancy Pelosi and Sarah Palin are more "manly" than those two weenies, and much tougher as well.
I'm an emotional guy when it comes to human interest stories. Like ESPN:60 and Make A Wish type stuff.
screw anyone who makes fun of me I dont care. If the Ducks pull it off against Auburn I will be crying. And the day I see the Blazers win a title you can damn well bet I will be crying as well.
Hey, I'll be misty-eyed/crying as well. Then again, I don't have to negotiate with countries and lead a nation/congress. If you've ever been in a situation where your "leader" cries for no real reason other than being a bit emotional, it's uncomfortable and makes you question them a bit. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but having been in two situations like that, I do know that underlings like I was at the time talked about if quite often, and decisions from those people were questioned afterward.
I cried the first time I had a kidney stone. Second two I was able to stay a little more composed, knowing what was going on, and that I wasn't exploding slowly from the inside.
