Wow: watching Roy trying to run back on defense really brings home how much mobility he's lost. He looks like he's struggling to WALK let alone run. And he keeps falling over like a top heavy old man. Sigh. Can't somebody make him sit out? He's depressing me.

Roy can't seem to catch the ball, let alone make a lay-up. What's up with him?

The hoop is open for even the slowest Mavs to drive to.

It's funny - everyone's been bashing Roy, but he's been our top +/- guy this season (really!). But in THIS game - the team goes on a nice run when he's out, he comes back in and suddenly their lead balloons into the teens.

So does Cho re-tool with minor changes or does he blow it up as much as he can?

Wow!! Sick alley oop dunk to end the half. What a nice pass by Patty and great finish by Batum!

That's why +/- in small samples is so stupid. My eyes tell me everything I need to know about Brandon's impact on the game ... and it aint good.

Patty to Batum alley-oop! Nice - an actual highlight! Actually, Nic is a highlight reel this game. FINALLY.

Y'know, if McMillan is canned/can't take it any more (and watching this game - he's not the problem. They just can't throw a brick in the ocean) I'd ask Hubie Brown to give it ONE more go. He did a great job in Memphis and he was already ancient then. He's always been a great coach and he's just no bullshit.

"Who're you gonna believe - me or your lyin' eyes?"

Actually, I think the fact that Roy is so much worse than he used to be makes us forget that he still (not tonight, but sometimes) is an offensive force. He can still score in more ways than just about any other player on the roster. (And Nate's been posting him up a lot, which I guess still works even if you've got no knees. And might be a reason to play him at PG.)

Am I the only one who saw absolutely no justification for that loose ball foul on Matthews? He didn't grab anything on Chandler or push. He boxed out. That legitimately pisses me off.

Brandon Roy ruins every bit of momentum we could possibly gain, on offense and defense.

Well, at least a nice play to finish the half.

What has happened to Rudy's shot?

Am I the only one who feels that watching the Blazers play now is roughly equivalent to watching paint dry?
