Thats must have been the 9th steal in the last two quarters for the nuggets.

Denver has the worst announcing/broadcasting crew in the NBA.

    Bar none.

Really? I thought they were okay really, compared to the rest of the league.

MnM are pretty bad, at least to the rest of the league.

Boston and OKC are the worst imo. OKC's announcers know nothing about basketball and are EXTREME homers.

    Okay? WTF.

They were so slimy in trying to rationalize bad calls that went their way. Then they said Rudy tried to take down Afflalo on purpose when their feet got tangled up. Then they put up a poll question asking for the biggest bust in sports. Just overall pathetic quality of production and no class at all. Scott Hastings is an asshole.

That's why I said compared to the rest of the league. All announce teams do what you described from time to time. Some less than others. MnM are one of most guilty when it comes to rationalizing bad calls. (Although sometimes they do joke about how big of homers they are.)

What's the point? He'd just get injured two games into his stint with the Blazers.

Seeing Rudy trip on the ref's foot, and hurt his ankle nearly made me dry heave.

I think Buck Williams has been a huge influence on LMA.

I think Roy's available field goals had the most influence.

Definitely a nice silver lining to an otherwise shit season full of disappointment and heartache is the emergence of LMA the past couple of weeks as a serious power forward (center?) -- If this were Greg Oden doing all of this there would have been ten threads started tonight talking about him being headed for the Hall of Fame.

Just read the stat that Aldridge has played more minutes than any other player in the NBA. Should this be a concern?

    2 fast break point......Really?

LOL at the Denver announcers for praising the Nuggets defense by forcing Portland to shoot late in the shot clock. Little do they know that they are playing right into Nate's hands. I think Nate would be a great choice to host the new version of Beat the Clock

Mediocre teams can be puzzling to watch, but that is what we have. Teams that float around .500 will play great one night, disappear the next. The facts are we are down to Lamarcus playing center and Dante Cunningham and Marks trying to hold the fort at PF. That is pretty much saying "Drive the Lane and shoot layups all night, because we have nobody to block many of your shots.".

You know what I have a hard time believing? I have a hard time believing that Cho couldn't find somebody to be backup PF/Center besides Marks by now.
