Re: Pacers And Raptors Talk O'Neal Trade? http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives...lk_oneal_trade/Boston Herald - The Pacers reportedly have discussed a trade with Toronto that would send Jermaine O?Neal to the Raptors for a package that would include the No. 1 pick. The Pacers, according to Mark Murphy, would likely take Adam Morrison. Indiana may also be talking with the Timberwolves about a Jamaal Tinsley-for-Ricky Davis deal.
Re: Pacers And Raptors Talk O'Neal Trade? "The Pacers reportedly have discussed a trade with Toronto that would send Jermaine O?Neal to the Raptors for a package that would include the No. 1 pick"This would be a scary team if they worked out a trade like this. It'd probably be Charlie Villanueva, some fillers, and the #1 for JO.
Re: Pacers And Raptors Talk O'Neal Trade? Yeah, i heard about this a while ago. I hope it goes through, this would be awesome for the Pacers. Theres also a rumor that they might draft A. Morrison.
Re: Pacers And Raptors Talk O'Neal Trade? As long as Bosh doesn't go, it would be a great trade for the Raptors, however I think the Raptors should play with the deal and attempt to keep their draft pick there so they can still grab a prospering young talent.
Re: Pacers And Raptors Talk O'Neal Trade? Good trade for the Raptors. I think they should trade there #1 overall pick. They already have loads of young talent on that roster no need to add another young player when you can get a superstar power forward instead.
Re: Pacers And Raptors Talk O'Neal Trade? This would be a good deal for the Raptors IMO, if Jermaine isn't still hurt. A Chris Bosh/Jermaine O'Neal frontcourt would be nasty for the Raps, and they have some other good young players. If this deal did go down I think the Raps would make the playoffs.
Re: Pacers And Raptors Talk O'Neal Trade? This trade reminds me of the Grant Hill for Ben Wallace & Chucky Atkins Trade. The number one pick will be good, that's a given. Villanueva already shows that he can make an impact. JO might just have injury after injury, he hasn't been perfectly injury free recently. But, I like Indy's side more. Look towards the future.
