multiple rovers in the secondary specifically to take away Newton's shooting the gap for big yardage plays. If the Ducks with their speed can mix up those rovers in coverage I see the Ducks breaking this game wide open! In the games Cam has been huge, the defenses stayed with their men effectively leaving Newton a freeway on misdirection plays to create with.

    GO DUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like to see Asper cold-cock him. He's as dirty of a player as there is.

I like the assessment of rovers. NA will make his adjustments and the Oregon D will be saying NO WAY in the second half.

    Go Ducks!!

I think Oregon's defensive speed in and of itself will contain Newton for the most part. HOWEVER, we have to tackle.

I think Cam is an amazing athlete, however I don't think he's an amazing QB in the sense of checking off his reads and finding the open recievers like Luck does from Stanford. When Cam can't hit an open reciever he's off to the races, much like Vince Young and Pryor from OSU play. That's why I think Ghost Rovers will keep him honest. Every play on the defensive end of the ball I'd have a different duck rover assigned to shadow him. As quick as the game is played especially from the ducks end, it would be damn near impossible for Cam to know what guy is on him for that play.

    GO DUCKS!!!!!!!!!
