What would you do: Keep it status quo or rebuild? This team is the epitome of mediocrity and the stats prove that:

    Record: 20-20 (16th of 30)
    PTS/G: 95.5 (24th of 30)
    Pace: 88.8 (30th of 30)
    Off Rtg: 106.9 (16th of 30)
    Def Rtg: 106.9 (15th of 30)

again.... YOU ALWAYS TRY TO MAKE PLAYOFFS

with that said... we need to retool not rebuild. thats where a good gm comes into play.

I voted rebuild two months ago and I've seen nothing to change my mind ... of course that doesn't mean trade every one away, but it does mean that I would only look at LMA as a truly essential piece to retain with Matthews and Batum players you'd probably like to hold on to, but aren't untouchable. After that? I'd be aggressive as hell trying to acquire assets.

Rebuilding on the fly I'd target two players:

    D.J. Augustin and Chris Kaman.

Kaman's in the dog house and hurt... plus Sterling's a cheapskate. We could probably pack together some expirings and get him. Hell, I'd trade Camby and Przy for Kaman if the numbers worked. We may have to take Baron of their hands too, though. Would anyone do that (provided the numbers work)? Miller, Pryz, Camby, Rudy, etc for Baron and Kaman? :ghoti:

Are you asking what we think should be done, or what will be done? I think the team sits tight....and I also believe that is a mistake.

For sure. People are clearly forgetting about the 20 or so playoff games this team is certain to play in.
