Could the NBA's most moved franchise be on the move again?

Personally, I think this would suck. It would mean two more "home games" a year for the Lakers, who already benefit from sharing an arena with the Clippers. Heck the Lakes could go a "road trip" without ever leaving town.

I'd MUCH rather see the Kings end up in Seattle. The NW Division needs another team that's actually in the NW. Besides, the Kings playing in King county - they wouldn't even have to change their name or get new uniforms or merchandise.

Seriously? Another team in LA? That's just stupid. The Clippers have enough trouble in the Lakers shadow, why would the Kings do any better? They would be better off moving to Vegas or Seattle.

Before this recession, I think the Kings moving to Vegas was almost a given, but since that city has been hit hardest of any by the economy, I think that either Anaheim or Seattle are viable options, although the bad taste in the mouths of the NBA and the city over the Sonics leaving might be a barrier. Key Arena is still Key Arena. San Jose could be an option, they have a great arena, also Kansas City. Wouldn't that be a kick in the ass: the Kings returning to Kansas City after, what, almost 30 years?

They should move the team to Mexico City. They'd be richer than the Knicks. Huge TV contract, huge merchandising!

They wouldn't have a problem at all, players would double their salary with endorsements.

And, surprisingly (assuming they remain in the Pacific Division), their travel distances and time zone differences would be comparable to what the Blazers endure playing against other teams in their own division. Less actually, when you consider they could play both the Lakers and Clippers without any additional travel in between.

If Stern wants to expand globally, here's his chance.

Yes, but up here it is called Mexican food... just as things like cheeseburgers and applie pie is called American food. Ever hear that phrase, "As American as Applie pie"? Or is that racist too?

Applie Pie sounds very racist. Almost Ukrainian.
