Wait till Andris gets the hack a Shaq treatment (Bogut is getting it now and its painful to watch). Opponents will not be so kind when and IF he starts "attacking the rim."

Well, if he can shoot 60%, I'll take it.

What exactly happened to the guy? He used to be pretty solid.

He lost his spark. He was Mullin's guy, and when Mully left he seemed to mentally go with him. Although, I think these last couple of games with Lee playing ok, he's focused a bit more and produced in spot minutes. Hopefully he remembers what it's like to be a professional and plays his way into a tradeable asset.

I don't think Mullin's departure had much to do with it; although symbolically, it does coincide with the drop in performance. A lot of factors were involved, including more importantly the departure of Baron Davis.

Andris' worst season was last season and was injured most of timer and had to have surgery. And before that, he played two summers (or more?) with the Latvian national team, where supposedly they re-worked his free throw shooting -- as a side, wasn't Keith Smart working with him during those times? Maybe it's Smart's fault! I'm kidding, sort of.

Biedrins is one of those players that needs a good supporting cast both on the court and off. He's a player where his value is more apparent when a team is doing good. However, he's still a great rebounder and good defender. I know some may argue that last point about defense, but I don't see anything terrible about it. I'm not backing any of this up with stats at the moment, so I'm open to be proven wrong.

Biedrins has looked good the last 2 games. Against the Clips, he had 8pts, 7reb, 2 blk, on 4-7 FG, and then against the Nets he had 9pts, 7reb, 3blk, on 4-6 shooting. Seems to be more aggressive on D, too. Although that's not always a good thing, because he fouls, he fouled out against the Clips, and had 4 against the Nets...

But if he starts blocking shots again, that will go a long way towards making him a legit NBA player again...

I'm 100% ok with him getting in foul trouble if it changes the culture of the team. As long as he's getting the fouls playing aggressively, not by reaching in like he was doing before. Curry needs to stop reaching now. Cheaney called him out (in a polite way) this morning on Murph & Mac.

I'd like to see him keep it up. Not so concerned about his scoring, but I guess he needs some plays to be run for him early to get him into the game.

In other news, this could be "good" news for fans who did not like Warriors trainer Tom Abdenour!

The Warriors have found head trainer Tom Abdenour's replacement. Troy Wenzel has agreed to take over the post for the remainder of the season.

Wenzel is taking a leave of absence from his vice president position at Airrosti Rehab Centers in Houston. Wenzel has been head trainer for Vancouver (1995-2000) and Milwaukee (2000-2003).

Abdenour accepted a position at San Diego State.

I am really disappointed in Curry's lackadasical approach to D. He's committing stupid fouls; he's smarter than that.
