He's 100% for the season for 3. And Channing was also considered a pretty pathetic player when he played for the Blazers. He could be a Matt Bonner-Channing Frye combo. That would make us deadly!!!! Andre/Armon Rudy/Patty Wesley/Dante LMA/Nico Joel/Marks
Hey, Blazer4ever, wake up. It's time to stop dreaming and get ready for school. From your post, it seems you've had some weird dreams.
Call me crazy but Sean Marks might be the worst Blazers player in the last 6 years ... he's as useless as Ha.
I don't see what's so funny. According to what I've seen he's useless but someone said he's a good shooter and I found this stat about him being perfect for 3 this year. I thought, why shouldn't we ask him to be worthless behind the 3 point line (on offense) where at least if he for some reason makes a shot, it'll give us 3 points instead of two. I wouldn't advocate playing him at all but you can't argue with the fact he Is getting minutes and if that's the case, he should stand behind the 3 point-line in my opinion.
You do realize he's taken 1 three so far, right? Not sure if this is supposed to be a joke thread or not.
You may be correct. I was gonna say Stepania but I looked it up and he was with Portland one year before Ha. Although Stepania did have that one fast break by himself that one time.
I admit, from what I've seen he's the WORST Blazer I can remember, even worse than Frye was with us, but you can't argue with the fact that - even if due to injuries - he is getting some minutes. So all I'm saying is, if he's already getting minutes, let him shoot more 3's. And there is no doubt in my mind that his 2nd 3-pointer will be a miss but the 3rd could be a make.
When Marks attacks someone with a pole, Marks will be as useless as Ha. Right now he's more useless, because he lacks the flair for entertainment that Ha possessed. barfo
Bigger samples size: he's a career 0.167 3-point shooter. He's been in the league for 11 seasons and never made more than two 3-pointers in a single season. I'd rather have Marks under the basket where he might accidentally do something useful, like trip over his own feet and knock an opposing player out of the play. BNM
B4E reminds me of the dude that keeps calling the MSP saying that LA needs to be traded to Golden State to "further" his career.
LOL! This last response was indeed funny! About BNM's stats, they kind of gave me perspective and I thank him (and am pissed off at him...) for that.
