When I said scared, I didn't mean to bring back old memories of his playstyle. I'm actually one person that never did accuse him of such things prior to this emergence. What I thought was that LA didn't seem to be confident that he could take Dalembert, thus it became apparent to me why he wasn't taking it in as much as he usually does. It seemed like he kept turning it over or put himself in near-turnover territory with the double-teams that he suddenly deferred to Miller and Wesley. He'll learn through these games though. I wish they would've kept going in to him despite the troubles. The double/triple teams left a lot of open shooters today and we didn't manage to capitalize on many of them. I also noticed a few times he actually had really good position and I was screaming for Miller or Wes to get him the ball. It reminded me of Oden. Man, if this new LA came from Bill Bayno, just imagine what it would've been like with LA AND Oden. The league would be terrified of this team.
It's a good time to have three days of rest. Aldridge can't play this physically for this many minutes on both ends of the floor and not get worn out. I look forward to him rounding back into form against KG.
I hope the coaching staff gives him some rest, and doesn't work his hip and knees into pulp at practice.
