Well of course he had hip surgery in 2005 on the other hip. I'm not calling him injury prone (he's been anything but) however this just adds yet another player to KP's resume' who pre-draft had some kind of major injury to his "base" (knee, hip, back, etc.)
That sound you heard is the fleeting gasp of a fanbase that has suffered enough and just can't care anymore (if it turns out he has an injury that is remotely bad).
I think the x-rays will be negative. We are bound to have some luck in the injury department, aren't we?
I don't even like McMillan but I think he could coach us up to at least one win in an 18 game period without Aldridge.. Haven't the Cavs lost 18 straight? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
If Aldridge is out, Batum is gonna be the new focal point of our offense and he'll average 25 a game. And then he injures his shoulder and is out for the next season. Then Oden makes a miraculous comeback and becomes our new focal point. Then B-Roy comes back 100%. Then LA comes back 100%. Then Batum comes back 100%. Then bam, all four of them will have the experience of being a #1 option and we'll be on our way to a four peat.
This is way to much optimism to handle tonight. I'll come back and read everything after the "Oden makes a miraculouse comeback" tomorrow.
