Baltimore Orioles left-hander Troy Patton was arrested last weekend on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Houston police spokesman Victor Senties says the 25-year-old was pulled over after his car jumped a curb on a city street about 8:15 p.m. Sunday. Senties says an officer spotted Patton driving erratically in the eastbound lane. The vehicle hit the curb, nearly collided with another vehicle and made two abrupt lane changes without a signal before the observing officer pulled him over, Senties said. Patton was charged with a first-offense DWI, a misdemeanor. He posted a $500 bond and was released. A court date is scheduled for Friday. Read more: http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=6055242
