25 January 2011 Carling Cup Semi-Finals, Second Leg Arsenal v Ipswich Town Ashburton Grove 2:45pm EST
Re: CC: Arsenal v Ipswich Town ^ I like that picture. Looks like he has his head turned. It would be funny if there was an Arsenal player roughly tackling an opponent in the background. Indisputable proof that Arsene really didn't see it. I'm going to miss this game today as its not on TV and I'll be working during the live stream. Carry on, lads.
Re: CC: Arsenal v Ipswich Town Thanks, it's from the gunnerrific blog. Not sure what game it's from but it's a good edit. Yeah, I won't be able to catch this one either. Confident of a win. Wenger will not be making any changes, so I've heard.
So yeah, so much for my schedule, I was able to see the first half. Basically a typical Arsenal half--created loads of chances, dominated, but didn't score. I don't think Ipswich had a shot. Sanga and WS clashed heads and Sagna went off. Hopefully he is alright. Johan has been knocked about as well. The last thing we need is our keeper and defenders off injured. We're already on a skeleton crew. Hopefully our conditioning holds up and we beat them on tired legs towards the end. We need a goal to tie on aggregate and two to eliminate them.
I'm still quite confident we'll get a goal. van Persie smacked the woodwork (must be his favorite thing to hit). We have Nasri, Chamakh, Walcott and Song on the bench too.
