Look I know the dude has missed a few games but think about it, the guys has played at such a high level earlier he deserves to be a perrenial all star. Does the league remember how he has played? Btw when do the coaches have their picks and do you think he has a chance? I know atleat three coaches who will vote him in.
IMO Roy has no chance of being on the AST. Which reminds me how is Yao doing in voting this year? Is there a big internet vote from China for him again this year?
If Roy played in the East, Los Angeles, or were Chinese, the fans would overwhelmingly vote him onto the team even if he can't play. Then he'd make a cameo for a few minutes to the gushing praise of the national media.

i still think if he was in the east he would be a lock. who else is in at that posistion besides JJ and dwade. he may have lost a step, but thats not a big deal because he is not a physical inside banger and does his damage on the perimiter. he still averaging almost 20 points this season. that and what he has previously done should lock him in. comments?
