Currently the ECHL divisions and conferences look a bit wack, one sided with more in the East. Next season there will be two new teams. The Chicago Express and the Columbia Inferno. Teams are looking to be added in Thunder Bay Ontario, Reno Nevada, Richmond Virgina, San Diego California, and Fresno California.

Since the alignment of the teams is a bit spread out, a lot in the East compared to the west, I believe there should be no Conferences. I added in the potential teams as well.

    Northwest
    Alaska Aces
    Idaho Steelheads
    Utah Grizzlies
    Victoria Salmon Kings
    Reno Nevada

    Southwest
    Bakersfield Condors
    Ontario Reign
    Stockton Thunder
    Las Vegas Wranglers
    San Diego California
    Fresno California

    Central
    Chicago Express
    Cincinnati Cyclones
    Kalamazoo Wings
    Toledo Walleye
    Thunder Bay Ontario

    Northeast
    Elmira Jackal
    Reading Royals
    Trenton Devils
    Wheeling Nailers
    Richmond Virgina

    Southeast
    Columbia Inferno
    Flordia Everblades
    Greenville Road Warriors
    Gwinnett Gladiators
    South Carolina Stingrays

I don't think so. Unless your shooting with out sights then it's a matter of getting used to an anchor point and the tilt of the bow for elevation. You got to practice practice practice much more so it becomes instinct to do that one.
