I have this nagging ache in my left arm. Feels like it could be my shoulder but it's one of those pains that are hard to locate. Should I get it checked out or just put it down to the usual muscle pains? Started working out my legs recently, noticed a big boost in energy when I'm doing upper body work too.
Good advice for lifting is listen to your body. If you think you're pushing something to hard, like a shoulder joint, stop and give it some time off.
