Coulda, woulda, shoulda. Actually, probably what would have happened was that the Mavs would have run down the clock anyway, and then they would be in the same situation.
Yeah, I can't believe no one on the Mavs bench, scorers table, or any of the refs noticed this. I saw it the first freaking time and it should have been obvious for them, but whatever.
