The NBA has fined the New York Knicks $200,000 for conducting illegal draft workouts. Knicks scout Rodney Heard, who led the workouts, also was fined $20,000, the league said in a statement. The fines were first reported by the New York Times. The league has been investigating the Knicks since a Yahoo!
