    He was just out on the court working out with one of the trainers. Squats, light running, drilling every shot he took. He was in good spirits, joking around. The Duck Choir will be performing and he was cracking on me about it. They were singing some Lady Gaga song and he was throwing up the "O" with his hands laughing at me. Glad to see him working out again.

    This is good news, hopefully. I just hope Roy's confidence isn't shaken. He probably will have to adapt his game quite a bit to be effective.

    cool, he's apparently responding well to the clean up and PRP injection, a good sign. For some a series of 2-3 injections with 4-6 week spacing gets better results.

    coming off the bench is great news. hopefully he'll find a Role and we can keep the team ball up, cus when we do, we shoot well and win.

    Props to second year Wes Mathews for easing the pain of loosing our franchise player. All I want from Roy at this point is efficient minutes.
