Agree! Bally's is my favorite due to price and location. In Vegas, you dont spend much time in your hotel room so no need to spend a lot.
I hate the crowd at the Palms. Stayed there a few times, its ok..hardrock is a lot better. Actually staying there at Palms Place when I go there next month for St. Paddys/March Madness. Not my choice, but whatever.
I've read the crowd is much younger...so I'm assuming its more obnoxious? I dunno, I couldn't pass up on a suite @ that price.
not so much young, its a very "LA" crowd, at least a few years ago it was. kind of the hollywood type scene. Now its kind of a cholo-esque crowd. think old town pasadena crowd.
If you want a reasonable room at a very low price, Palace Station. It's about a block west of the strip.
