    Bayless TPE and either ours or NOH top 12 protected 1st rdr for Aaron Brooks?

    We may have to cut or trade someone but deal with that later. would you do the trade?

    Yes and john hollinger posted this trade earlier:

    the Trail Blazers trade Marcus Camby, Joel Przybilla, Rudy Fernandez, Sean Marks and Elliot Williams in exchange for Aaron Brooks and Jordan Hill from the Rockets, Antwan Jamison from the Cavs and (get ready for this) Chris "Birdman" Anderson and JR Smith from the Nuggets.

    This deal would help get MELO to Houston

    ^^^ That deal is awesome but leaves us very weak at the 5. If Oden can come back healthy tho, look out!

    I saw that, seems like Hollinger was bored and a huge deal like he proposed is highly unlikely. Lets keep it simple like the Brooks proposal

    Brooks is slightly overrated, but I think that is a really solid deal.

    Birdman would be the main return from Hollinger's deal, IMO. Brooks has been pretty poor overall outside of last season. He'd make a decent backup point guard, but definitely doesn't solve any "life after Andre" problems.
