Depends on your insurance maybe? I was just kidding really. My younger brother was pitching in districts in high school and had tendonitis. He was the best pitcher on the staff and they needed him so my dad took him to the doctor and had a cortizone shot. He was fine. Probably not the smartest idea, but he really wanted to play and it was his senior year.
So I decided to just ignore it and quit doing the machine that seems to cause the pain. I still got a slight ache after shoulder press but it's no biggie. If it starts to ache more frequently then I'll get it checked out. I honestly can't be fucked to book an appointment.
Bro if its your shoulders, take it easy. If you fuck up a shoulder, its a bitch to get it back to form and get back in the gym.

I'm a little afraid to do 3 scoops of jack'd. I get so wired post workout, like a want to punch someone in the face. Think I might do it with 3!
You should try Assault by MusclePharm. The stimulants in it aren't as severe as Jacked so you won't have that feeling. I think Assault is the best pre-workout I've ever taken.
