The first one wasn't bad. He got caught by a top level BJJ player. The second one--he could've kept fighting. He would've.

The only thing with Fedor is that he doesn't seem to give a fuck. If he really sees this as a sign from god that it's time to quit, he will.

Just for the record I thought the Koscheck fight should've been stopped after the second round when it was clear he was hurt (he winced and pulled away when the cutman tried to apply the endswell to his swollen eye).

I can't believe that man runs the world's biggest MMA promotion. He's so fucking childish.

I don't know if Gina was drunk tonight or what but her interview was a trainwreck. I hope she isn't as dumb as she sounds.

    Or do I?

He's said it himself, "business is personal". He can't differentiate. He's fueled by competition. He gets away with it because he has been so important to MMA going mainstream. However I think in a couple of years they will phase him out and we'll get a typical PC douchebag in his place. At least we can savor his honesty now while it lasts.

ugh, I hate the fedor lost because that means all those UFC/affliction meathead guys now have more fodder for sucking on the UFCs nuts. Plus its just sad that fedor lost.

DFW won't let himself be phased out as long as he is involved with the UFC.

Lol "Vadummy" as DFW calls him came out and said he doesn't view it as a loss in the sense that Fedor won the 1st, Silva won the 2nd.

    Stupid shit.

I really really think he could dominate that 205 division...I wonder if he has the heart in it left to try and make that cut.

25lbs. is no small cut for a veteran fighter... M-1 has suggested that if he keeps fighting he will likely spend more time training in the Netherlands. His camp has been good enough till now but it seems like he needs to get with the times if he wants to keep going.

This guy is supposedly an insider, not some muckraker.

Also has some interesting claims about Fedor & M-1:

    - Fedor has wanted to retire for some time but Vadim and the rest of the M-1 execs have convinced him to stay in the game for the sake of the company.
    - Fedor's old-school training has caused him to fall behind the modern MMA fighter.
    - M-1 are kneecapped by Fedor's loss and it puts them in a tough spot moving forward with other ventures--the funding might fade.
    - M-1 are downplaying Fedor's injuries but he seems to have sustained nose and eye fractures.
    - Despite having a Twitter account, Fedor is not computer savvy, leading some to believe M-1 speaks for him in interviews and such on the web.
