Its my 10th week back in the gym since my Dr. cleared me. I put up the 95lbs dumbbells 6 times on the flat bench. I'm excited about my progress!
Nice man! Did a leg day without any pre-workout supps. today. Wow, when you get used to using them and you go without, you feel it big time.
lol for sure. You definitely want to cycle off of them for a week, or two, every once in awhile, though.
No; my erg computer doesn't calculate calories. I'm still a bit sore though, so hopefully it was a lot. I'm training for an erg marathon, which is 42,176.7 meters.
Just did an intense bicep workout. I could barely turn my steering wheel on the drive home my arms were shot.
LOL. Could you imagine having to explain to a cop why you got into an accident? "Officer, I couldn't move my arms because I just did a huge workout." Has anyone else ever done the leg press, tried to get up and stumbled in the gym because they taxed their legs too much? I''ve done it a couple of times and just felt silly.
Yeah, I've done leg press and squats several times and felt light-headed afterwardss. No pump like a good leg pump. I know a guy who pushes himself so hard on leg day that he pukes almost everytime he does them. The soreness the next day is unbearable.
