Does anyone here take any supplements in order to help weight gain, muscle gain or whatever? And did you notice any major changes when you begun taking them?
I take four scoops of Whey Protein every day (two separate shakes) and 2 capsules of cod liver oil. I've put on 15 lbs since November.

My dad took them for a while, I think it costed him quiet a bit because he ended up not buying it anymore. Sometimes I am a bit busy for that, which sucks.
