    Vancouver just needs to renovate BC place from top-to-bottom rather than build a new arena. Just look at the awesome location this arena is already in:

    That'd be sweet if they got a team in Vancouver again. They could have a pot garden on the concourse. Similar to a beer garden, but a little more mellow.
