MMA Junkie is reporting that although the second post-fight urine sample submitted by Silva is still under examination, the NSAC is expected to rule the bout vs. Brandon Vera a no contest. Silva would also be fined and suspended pending the results of the lab analysis. This would reinstate Vera back into the UFC who was cut following his third consecutive loss.
