I know Snapper's a prick, but he was at least honest. For once, I'd like to watch a game with Blazer broadcasters who didn't always try to blow sunshine up my skirt.

Actually he is a great guy, comes off as a prick though. Loved his laugh!

I'm glad to hear another side of the story. I've heard he wasn't very nice to some in the office; that's what I was basing my comment on. I'd love to see him back. Send Rice to the radio where his rose-colored glasses aren't as obvious.

Walton has been doing some Boston games. I forgot how hilarious he is. He never shuts up, and says the most random and ridiculous things.

He's also forgotten more about basketball than most commentators will ever know. I watched a quarter he did of a Sacramento game and loved it.

I like Mike and Mike much better than I did Walton and Snapper. Bill Walton is horrible.

What is the Snapper up to these days? Is he doing broadcasting anywhere?

    He should have coached.

I've always been surprised how Auerbach produced several coaches, and Wooden produced just Bibby and Farmer for a couple of years each.

All that Wooden knowledge now dies, and is not passed on to a new generation.

Never enjoyed Snapper much - but Walton is the greatest commentator in the history of Western civilization. The man is a hoot.

Absolutely. But I think he talks so much during a broadcast that he stops thinking when he talks.
