Perkins just got to stay healthy... with injuries to both knees now, and it'd be a good deal for OKC.
Guess Green chucking up a horrible and desperate three at the end of the Spurs game last night was the final straw. See Above.
OKC is gonna roll out: PG: Russel Westbrook SG: James Harden SF: Kevin Durant PF: Serge Ibaka C: Kendrick Perkins That's pretty damn impressive.
Kendrick Perkins has knees issues, will be an unrestricted free agent, and had a career-high PER of 15 last season. He was fine being the 5th or 6th best player on Boston. I don't think he'll be nearly as good as the 3rd-best player on OKC, and there is no guarantee that he'll resign with OKC. I don't understand this trade.
They could definitely, I'd just roll out with that lineup lol If they wanted to keep some good bench scoring, then yeah they should start Sefolosha, and bring Harden off the bench with Maynor, Collison, and Krstic.

If you are Perkins, I don't see how you wouldn't want to resign with OKC. They are a young, talented squad, that want to win, plus from all the things I've heard, the OKC team has a great environment about it. Also, I made a mistake. It's Perkins and Nate Robinson for Krstic and Green. And if that trade is followed up by getting Nazr Mohammed for some guys who aren't getting minutes, OKC REALLY upgraded.
Good move for the Thunder. Balances out their lineup a bit. It's not exactly a game-changer, as their total team talent didn't change significantly, but it does make them a tougher out in the playoffs. I'd be happy if I were a Thunder fan.
