    It's hard to describe,,,ok reg suit, but the some type of vest? or something under the coat over the shirt that had a collar that is up. Plus it's blue not anything like the rest of his suit. Just weird.

    It's this blue collared jacked with a ribbed collar like the collar in Star Trek II, with a grey suit jacket over it. It looks like his wife wasn't around to dress him, is what it looks like to me.
