Re: Blazer Roll Call How long have you been a fan? Followed the SuperSonics and Blazers from about 1993, rooting for Seattle over Portland in I-5 rivalry games. (I was born into a Seattle household, forgive me). Since the Sonics were hijacked, Blazers became definitively #1 and now I have no #2. But I've been a fan of all PNW teams since I can remember, and if you ain't down with that - deal with it. Who is your current favorite player? Nicolas Batum. Who is your All Time favorite player? Gary Payton. What was your favorite moment? Hm, since I haven't really experienced too much success following the Blazers yet, I guess my favorite moment is now - in which there are no jail blazers, there are no superstars that have expectations galore, it's just basketball and an unwritten story. tmi And my main teams are: UO, PTB, Seahawks, and Mariners.

You really are comparing a team that has this lineup: Blake/Roy/Batum/Aldridge/Przybilla to a team that had: Porter/Drexler/Kersey/Williams/Duck?? How far are you supposed to get with the Roy team? Imagine if Roy and Greg were never hurt.. One thing that Porter Led team had was HEALTH. This has nothing to do with why I like Roy. IMO he was better and a harder worker than Drex but that is a debate to be had.
