Wow that victory had me on the edge of my seat. Asik was the reason the Bulls won, and Dwight Howard still didn't miss a shot. Crazy. Great game for Korver on both ends. The Magic just aren't deep enough, post trade, to compete with the Bulls, but Howard is an amazing player.
Oh one last thing: They mentioned a great(?) moment in the ESPN broadcast that King and Funk may have missed. When Noah picked up four fouls in the third quarter, Thibodeau missed that he had to put Asik back in the game. (One more in the long line of the in-game mistakes we seem to see from Thibodeau every game.) Scalabrine yelled "four fouls" toward the coaches and when they didn't hear him, he told Asik to go in the game . . . who then ran to the scorers table. Yup, a vet made the substitution because the coaching staff missed it. I've never seen that before. Scalabrine has coach written all over him, but Thibodeau has to watch out for those things.
