Ricardo Mayorga says he’s going to retire WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto this Saturday night at the MGM Grand, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mayorga wants to not only beat Cotto but humiliate and send him into permanent retirement from the sport. Cotto is the favorite in this fight but you can’t really put much stock in that because of how poor Cotto has been looking in his fights against quality opposition.
