    May as well take a few Ambiens a day with this Drank for a few days in a row and see what you're doing a week later.

    Anyhow, I may have to try one on a lazy football Saturday next fall while watching the teevee.

    It should come in a 1L bottle but have it only filled up 3/4 of the way so you can still drop the codeine cough syrup in.

    Melatonin is a sleeping pill. Watch out if you drink this while working or driving, because melatonin sure puts me to sleep.

    Melatonin is a naturally occurring compound chemical that humans create. It regulates sleep cycles and lowers body temperature helping one sleep. Rose hip and Valerian root are commonly sold at natural food stores (like GNC) to help with insomnia, anxiety/excitability, and stress. This drink probably could put a coke addict to sleep.

    I tried 'drank' tonight and I didn't like it.

    I've taken melatonin before and it helped me fall asleep but this drink got me to a state of really wanting to sleep but just couldn't.

    It's a sleeping pill in the sense you buy it in pill form and take it to help you sleep. Melatonin comes in lozenges, liquid, and pill form. Most melatonin that is bought and sold is vegetarian melatonin, derived from plants, but it is not a drug and has never been FDA approved to be labeled as a sleep medication. What you are taking is exactly as I described, the chemical compound that regulates sleep cycles and lowers body temperature helping one sleep that occurs naturally in everyone's body.
