    I said before and I'll say again, if the Lakers were playing the Devils from Hell, I'd root for the devils.

    Aside from hating the Lakers until the day I die, they've been on a win streak and all the sickening Laker love is in full blast. They need a loss and I don't care who delivers it. A Laker loss is a good day.

    Speaking of Obama, I just won the championship on 2K11 and in the off season, the team got to visit The White House and pose for pictur with Obama himself. Awesome touch. Very cool. They should let you have a parade in 2K12. It's so much effort to a win a title. There should be more perks.

    I only root for the laker when it benefits the Blazers. So no on Thursday's game.

    Even that is challenging for me. I just can't root for the purple & piss, even when a Laker win benefits the Blazers somehow. As repulsive as I find the Heat, and their antics last summer . . . I'll be pulling for them to beat LA. As much disdain as I have for LBJ, I hope he crushed Kobe. It's like an addiction. I crave to see the Lakers lose to anybody.

    While I won't root for the Lakers, I won't be upset if they beat the Heat. And I will thoroughly enjoy the ESPN/TNT talking heads if the Heat do lose.

    No. No no no no no. I hate the Lakers, Celtics and Heat now, but I will root for both the Celtics and the Heat over the Lakers every single time.

    interesting. I think Nik said it best when Lebron and co signed with Miami.. I think he said "no fan base deserves this trio less than Miami fans." I might agree. Apologies to Nik if this wasnt you, and apologies to not giving credit to who it goes to :)

    I know I am in the minority, but I am "rooting" for the Lakers tonight.

    I hate the Lakers, and everything they stand for. But taking a step back from the rose colored glasses, a Heat loss would be much more devastating for the Heat compared to a Laker loss. The Lakers are going to stay in the top three in the West, and they're not going to be heading for a free-fall like the Heat are anytime soon. With all the hype that the Heat had before the season, to LeBron's pride now coming to a crash (remember him flexing his muscles at the Portland crowd at the end of the game earlier? How did that make you feel??), I want to see them go down in flames. To do that, the Lakers must demolish them, and that's what I want to see tonight.

    I want the Heat to lose every game from here on out more... I'm with L4L. I want to see the Lakers crush the Heat, to see the Heat driven before them, and to hear the lamentation of their superstars! As my wife said after the Heat game in Portland, "LeBron is officially a bigger dick than Kobe. I understand why you'd root for the Lakers over the Heat now."
