Veteran MMA fighter and former Republican candidate for the Oregon House of Representatives (District 52) Matt Lindland is being sued for nearly $123,000 over six medicinal marijuana plants grown on his property as part of the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program. Lindland allowed six plants to mature on his property before being harvested and set in a shed to dry. When it was time for the plants to be picked up by OMMP, Lindland allegedly refused to let them go.
