Myself, I'd be looking for a more stable continent to stand on rather than filming my last moments above Earth for Youtube.

The guy filming this does realize that the water is coming up through cracks in the reclaimed land, right? His dog is going bananas, and he's walking around like he's filming a feature at Universal Studios. It is a fascinating video, but the integrity of the land he is standing on is compromised and unstable.

Totally, I mean the earthquake only affected the park he was in & if he only exited the park he would have been safe. It's not like the entire country experienced a massive earthquake & tsunami. Some people just have no clue what to do when those "city park earthquakes" hit... Just leave the park you idiot! Gosh!

I guess I'm failing to see your point. If it's that Chiba City is completely unstable, we agree. If it's something else, please specify. Where did I say that only the park was affected? Or, did you have another point in your post?

The point was that the earthquake affected the entire island of Japan. Where was he suppose to run to? There are videos similar to his that originate from all over Japan. It's not like his experience was isolated to Chiba City, many other cities experienced exactly the same or much worse conditions. You can't outrun an earthquake.
